How we work

During initial consultation we work with you and your team to define the scope of the project you would like to partner with us on. While every project is unique, we generally follow this process:

Define project scope
Establish costs and budget (fee for service model)
Submit IRB if human subjects are involved
Conduct user research and define the design parameters
Design and develop the application
Test with users in their environment
Deploy and support

Projects typically take 6-12 months to complete through the deployment phase.
